Analog output 4-20 mA for vibration monitoring

CTD-1010 measures vibration signal, electronically convert it and calculate velocity RMS or displacement Peak-to-Peak in all configured frequency bands. These values are compared with predetermined Warning and Alarm thresholds.

In case any calculated value exceeds one of the thresholds the corresponding relay will response as electrical contact closure or contact opening. Staff will be informed about dangerous vibration in time or machines can be stopped automatically.

By the 4-20 mA analog output any calculated value can be transferred to PLC for vibration monitoring.
